Hi I'm Eli Josh.  My favorite animal is the dog.

I like to swim and fish.

I also collect old things and shark teeth.  I also enjoy drawing and acting in puppet skits.  Psalm 23 is my favorite passage.                                        Sheep04.jpg

Ichthys.jpgWhat I enjoy about living in Cambodia is the food and good friends.  Living there has really made me realize how thankful I should be compared to the poor children with no shoes and who eat buggy rice every day.

"  I have learned so, so much by living in Cambodia.  I have learned to not complain about what food I eat 'cause some people only get rotten rice with flies in it and some don't have any.  I have learned not to compair to richer people 'cause there are so many millions who don't have close to what you have so instead of comparing to richer people compair how uch more you have than others.  And I have learned to not complain what clothes I wear 'cause some people don't have any clothes.  I have seen many times two or three or even six, large families gathering together to share food 'cause they have so litttle food and here it is so hard to find a job.  So. so many of the people make their little houses into shops and some who have motor cycles go around giving people rides for money 'cause they can't find a job.  And there are many homeless kids here and they go around the city looking in gargage cans trying to find some food.  And some make things and go around selling the things they make and some kids make things and go work selling all day every day trying to make money for their families 'cause they are so poor and they don't have any money.  I have learned so, so, so, so, so much!"- Josh Smith
